I know it's still October and that Halloween parties in Orlando haven't even finished, but the Universal Orlando Resort has already entered the Christmas climate and has not only released the dates, as well as a taste of what's coming out of the Christmas parties 2025 in their parks.
The first great news is precisely on the calendar. Before, the festival took place until the day 31 December But next season visitors will be able to enjoy Christmas magic for longer — until the January 4, 2026.
Oh, and of course you can't forget the beginning of the celebration, can you? So you write it down: the festivities begin in 21 November 2025.
What to expect at Christmas 2025 from Universal Orlando
During the Christmas 2025 period of Universal Orlando, you can experience a number of special attractions and experiences, many already traditional, others with sensational novelties:
Christmas in the Magic World of Harry Potter
No The Wizard World of Harry Potter, the Christmas 2025 of Universal Orlando brings festive decorations in Hogsmeade (Islands of Adventure), Diagonal Beak (Universal Studios Florida) and for the first time in the sector too Ministry of Magic Do Universal Epic Universe.

In Your Landing, in the Islands of Adventure, Universal Orlando’s Christmas 2025 wins the spirit of Grinchmas. The show “The Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular” returns, with a live version of the classic “How the Grinch Stole Christmas!”.
Still there, you can meet your own Grinch You can also explore the theme decoration in Who-ville and visit the new “Who-ville Tree Lot”, with decorated trees inspired by Dr. Seuss’s characters.
Universal’s Holiday Parade with Macy’s
The traditional Universal’s Holiday Parade with Macy’s It is back in 2025 at Universal Studios Florida. Giant balloons, theme floats, popular characters like Minions, Shrek, Madagascar, among others, parade through the streets of the park bringing Christmas magic to visitors. And to close with gold key, there is the lighting of the 80-foot Christmas tree (about 24 meters).
Decoration and magic at Epic Universe
One of the new features, undoubtedly, of the Christmas 2025 of Universal Orlando Resort is that this year, the newly opened Universal Epic Universe park will participate in the festival.
O Celestial Park, the first world visitors find in the park, will be decorated with theme lighting and Christmas elements, thus creating a welcoming atmosphere from the entrance.

Additional experiences at Christmas 2025 from Universal Orlando
For those who want to go beyond the included attractions, Universal Orlando's Christmas 2025 offers optional paid experiences such as:

The menu brings special theme dishes such as Betty Lou Who pancakes, green egg quiche and ham, among other delights. The experience will be available between November 21, 2025 and January 4, 2026.
Christmas festivities in hotels and CityWalk
During Universal Orlando’s Christmas 2025, all 11 resort hotels will be decorated with Christmas themes. In addition, there will be Christmas tree lighting ceremonies, Christmas corals, special buffets and seasonal menus during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
No Universal CityWalkThe Red Coconut Club will become the Green and Red Coconut Club, with theme decoration, ambiance of “Mistletoe Pines Ski Lodge”, live Christmas music and also special cocktails.
There will also be special food and beverage promotions at CityWalk restaurants, such as seasonal milkshakes and festive menus at restaurants such as Bigfire and VIVO Italian Kitchen.
New Year's Eve at Universal Orlando Parks
And don't think it's over! For those who want to spend the year over there, all Universal parks (Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe) - besides CityWalk - will also feature a special program, full of music and countdown. Details have not yet been released but, according to Universal, the celebration will be grand!

Tips to Enjoy Universal Orlando’s Christmas 2025
- Check and book in advance the complementary experiences (Holiday Tour, breakfast with characters), as they are limited.
- Use the official Universal app to check concert schedules, stops and Christmas projections.
- Start with the most popular locations, such as Hogwarts and the Grinch area, at the beginning of the day.
- If you can, avoid Christmas to New Year's days when the parks are fuller.
- Stay in one of the Universal hotels to facilitate travel and, in some cases, get extra benefits.
